Patient Registration Details

To help prepare for your appointment, we will send you secure web links to complete patient registration and a comprehensive health questionnaire.

Examination & Ultrasound

At the initial consultation, Dr Wynn-Williams will most likely perform an examination and a transvaginal ultrasound as part of your initial assessment. A full bladder is NOT necessary for the ultrasound.

Previous Medical History

To help prepare for your appointment, forward your GP or Specialist referral letter and any information from previous specialists or past treatment history, including clinic letters, diagnostic (imaging) reports, operation reports, and operation photos in colour.

If you have hard copies of records, you can use your phone to copy or scan them into a digital format and email them to info@drmww.co.nz

Your Test Results

Please contact the rooms for your results if you have not heard from Dr Wynn-Williams. Michael may ask you to have further tests or investigations as part of your appointment and assessment.
