Patient Registration Details
To help with preparation for your appointment, we will send you a safe & secure webpage link where you can complete your patient registration and contact details.
Examination & Ultrasound
At your visit, Dr Wynn-Williams may perform an examination and ultrasound as part of your initial assessment.

Previous Medical History
To help with preparation for your appointment, we will send you a safe & secure webpage link where you can also upload your GP or Specialist referral letter and information from previous specialists or past treatment history - including consultation notes, correspondence, operation reports and operation photos in colour.
If you have hard copies of records, you can use your phone to copy or scan them into a digital format for uploading to Dr Wynn-Williams.
Further Investigations
Michael may ask you to have further tests or investigations as part of your appointment and assessment.
Your Test Results
Please contact the rooms for your results if you have not heard from Dr Wynn-Williams.
